Being an important area, local authorities need to cooperate with residents to avoid inappropriate administrative measures with the nationalistic spirit, political and security essence.

If so, surplus crops can be exported. In the livestock sector, crab, shrimp and fish farming works should be done on a commercial scale with advanced technologies. Those farmers need to observe the techniques of similar farms at developed farms.
