Chairman of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw’s Legal Affairs and Special Cases Assessment Commission Thura U Shwe Mann separately received UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy on Myanmar Ms. Christine Burgener yesterday 11:30 am and US Ambassador to Myanmar, Mr. Scot Marciel at 2 pm on the same day at Hluttaw building in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting with the Special Envoy on Myanmar, stability and development of the Rakhine State, right understanding by international communities for peace in Myanmar and the rule of law were cordially discussed.
