Trainees receive caps and coats at Meiktila Nurses Training School

Nurse trainees received their caps and coats at a ceremony in Meiktila, Mandalay Region, on 18 May morning.
Speakers at the ceremony at Meiktila Nurses Training School under the Department of Health Professional Resource Development and Management included Meiktila District’s deputy commissioner U Tint Wai Thone and Principal Daw Mar Mar Myint.
The principal presented caps to 62 female trainees and coats to two male trainees.
The deputy commissioner and officials presented prizes to outstanding trainees.
Medical Superintendent Dr Myat Khaing of Meiktila District Hospital, Township Administrator U Myo Hlaing, nursing officers of No 1 Military Hospital (500-bed), and officials attended the ceremoy.
The training school has graduated 465 nurses.–Tin Maung (Mandalay)
