Truck drivers, assistants can register via Call Centre to check COVID: UMFCCI

The truck drivers and assistants can contact the Call Centre to receive the COVID-19 tests, the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) stated.
In a bid to ensure the smooth commodity flow in Yangon Region, the truck drivers can make an appointment through Call Centre dialling code — 2019, with extension number 3 to be tested for the COVID-19. They need to book the appointments by providing name, age, gender, phone number, NRC, present and permanent addresses and vehicle licence.
The drivers and assistants must make an appointment via Call Centre one day in advance before getting to and leaving from Yangon. They can easily COVID test at the entry and exit points of the town. The Call Centre, under the guidance of Yangon Region government and support of UMFCCI, will provide the service from 19 October between 9 am and 5 pm. (Translated by Ei Myat Mon)
