Two soldiers receive maximum punishment for killing Kayin woman


Two soldiers who robbed and killed a woman in Polo Hta Village in Papun Township, Kayin State were given maximum punishment after being investigated at Court-Martial, according to Tatmadaw True News Information Team.
The Tatmadaw News Team reported that two soldiers, Than Soe Lwin and Hein Min Htet, who robbed and killed a Kayin woman, were arrested on 17 July.
The court-martial investigation was attended by Bilin Township Deputy Administrator U Aung Win Khaing, Kyar Kwin Village Administrator U Man Pi, Yin Ohan Village Administrator U Nay Lin Oo, Danyingon Village Administrator U Kyaw Win, Kazine Village Administrator U Kyi Swe and other 11 towns/villages elders.—MNA(Translated by Kyaw Zin Tun)
