Union Industry Minister receives delegation from Russian Federation

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than received the Russian Federation delegation led by Mr Roman Siurin, head of the International Project Department of SMM Company yesterday afternoon at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.
The Union minister highlighted the collaboration of seaports, transport terminals, dockyards, equipment used in loading and unloading in industries, and SMM company’s products. Both sides cordially exchanged views on cooperation in four major heavy industries of the Ministry of Industry and Russia’s SMM Company.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister U Yin Maung Nyunt, managing directors, officials, and resident representative in Myanmar Mr Vladimir Kazadaev from the State Corporation “Rostec” of the Russian Federation. — MNA/TS
