Yesterday afternoon Union Minister for Information Dr. Pe Myint inspected preparations made for the successful holding of “All Who Can Read Should Read” campaign that is scheduled to be held at Myanmar International Convention Centre-II (MICC-II), Nay Pyi Taw from 20 to 21 December.
First Union Minister Dr. Pe Myint inspected the books on display in the mobile library vehicles that will be exhibited. Next the Union Minister inspected the exhibits in the exhibition, preparation made for the opening ceremony, books on display, meeting rooms and arrangements made for luncheon and provided guidance where necessary.
The campaign will be held for two days under a theme of “All participate and help for all who can read reads” with an aim of encouraging and developing the good practice and habit for all in Myanmar who can read to read.
“All Who Can Read Should Read” campaign will include discussions and paper readings and interested persons are invited. — MNA
