Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Aung Than Oo and party, who are in Moscow to attend the Russian Energy Week International Forum (REW 2021) in Moscow, Russia, met with officials from ORGRES and the Russian Chamber of Commerce to discuss bilateral investment issues on 11 October.
At 10 am local time, the Union Minister and party received Mr Alexander Nazarov from ORGRES and cordially discussed opportunities for cooperation between the two countries.
ORGRES from Russia is planning to build hydropower and power plants.
In the afternoon, the Union Minister and party met with the Chairman of the Russian Chamber of Commerce Mr Victor Nikolaevich Chemodanov and cordially discussed bilateral investment issues in the power and energy sectors. —MNA
