Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo inspects investment activities in Magway Region

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Vice-Chairman of the Myanmar Investment Commission U Aung Naing Oo visited the Paragon Myay Latt Thar Co. Ltd., and inspected the processing of value-added sesame products, green mung bean and groundnut for export, in Sa Taing Kan Village-Tract, Magway Township, Magway Region in the morning of 29 May 2021.
While in Paragon Myay Latt Thar Co. Ltd., Company Director U Kaung Khant Zin presented the current business operation and future investment programme. The Union Minister provided the necessary assistance to increase the production of value-added sesame products to promote export.
After that, the Union Minister visited the cattle farm of Good Brother Co. Ltd. at Ye Pyae Village, Myothit Township of Magway Region. U Myo Myint Tun, the farm manager, presented the current investment activities of the farm and the company’s export promotion plan for the mid and long term. After hearing the report, the Union Minister informed the government’s investment facilitation and promotion activities and encouraged the company to increase the cattle farm investment and urged to make contract cattle farming with local farmers. During his inspection tour, the Union Minister coordinated and facilitated the requirements of the investors.—MNA
