The Department of Traditional Medicine under the Ministry of Health has issued a notice to avoid using some traditional medicines that were sold on social networks and online media since they rarely have a registration number or licence to manufacture traditional medicine.
It is advised not to use these traditional medicines because quality, safety, and efficacy cannot be guaranteed.
The Department of Traditional Medicine of the Ministry of Health is continuously working to ensure that the public can use traditional medicines that are of good quality and safe. — TWA/CT
