VICE-President U Henry Van Thio received US Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Scot Marciel at the Credentials Hall of the Presidential Palace in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the call the two representatives discussed matters related to land policy, emergency management, internal peace, rural development and Rakhine State.
Also present were Deputy Minister for Border Affairs Maj-Gen Than Htut and other officials.
