New Bago River Crossing Thanlyin Bridge 3 was commissioned into service with the aim of easing traffic congestion on Thanlyin Bridge 1.

Yangon to wipe off terrorists
Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing stressed the need to wipe off terrorists in the Yangon Region at the meeting on peace, stability and development of Yangon Region.

The terrorists who were involved in plotting attacks on Thanlyin Bridge 3 were arrested together with 107mm rockets.

The Myanmar National Centre for Disease Control and Medical Training Centre was inaugurated in Nay Pyi Taw.

MLC fund transfer agreement signed
Myanmar and China signed an agreement on the transfer of funds for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund (2024) Projects in Nay Pyi Taw in commemoration of the 74th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between both countries.
