Women’s Football Semifinal: Myanmar to play Thailand today

Myanmar women’s football team will take on Thailand women’s team in the semifinal match of the XXXII SEA Games Women’s Football Event at RSN Stadium, Phnom Penh, Cambodia today.
A pre-match press conference was held yesterday afternoon at Hotel Phnom Phen in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and the head coach and captains of the Myanmar and Thailand teams were present.
During the press conference, Myanmar head coach Uki Tetsuro said, “I am happy that my team made it to the semi-finals. In the group stage, they competed against good opponents and reached this level. Thailand is a good team, and very strong. We will compete with respect and have prepared the best for this match.”
Next, the Myanmar team’s Captain Khin Mar Lar Tun said, “The Thai team is powerful in ASEAN. We watched their matches. Together with our team members and the coaching staff, we will compete for the best in the semifinal match.”
The Team Myanmar match will begin at (6:30 pm Myanmar Standard Time), and Cambodian Media will broadcast the match live on social media, the Myanmar Football Federation stated. — KZL
