Yangon mayor inspects development activities in Hlinethaya Township

Chairman of the Yangon City Development Committee-YCDC Yangon Mayor U Bo Htay accompanied by the vice-mayor, the secretary, committee members and relevant officials made an inspection tour of development activities in Hlinethaya Township yesterday morning.
First, the Yangon mayor and party inspected the cleaning of grass bushes to prevent and control dengue fever with the activities of mosquito spraying and vaccination in the classrooms and the garbage and silt in the drains in front of No (15) Basic Education Middle School in Hlinethaya (West) township. He also viewed similar activities in Hlinethaya (East) township and made necessary instructions.
The mayor and party also met Yangon Region Sports and Physical Education Chairman Attorney-General U Htay Aung and officials of the regional football sub-committee at No 4 Basic Education High School on Bogyoke Aung San Street in Ahlon township and inspected the repair work of the school’s football ground. He then attended the coordination meeting on the implementation of the YCDC activities for the 2022-2023 financial year at the YCDC office on Yadana Road in Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) Township. — MNA
