The Yangon Region Gold Entrepreneurs Association (YGEA) issued a request for members to sell at moderate prices.
In the statement, the YGEA urged its members to sell at moderate prices only for immediate payments and not to sell at higher or lower prices.
According to YGEA’s announcements at 2:30pm daily, closing price of premium gold is K3,638,500 per tical on 22 January, K3,654,700 per tical on 23 January, and K3,652,900 on 24 January.
For digital gold trading by its members through One Pay Application, YGEA chair U Myo Myint, joint secretary (2) U Aung Kaung Myat and joint secretary (3) U Nay Myo Htet discussed with technical experts from UAB Bank on the afternoon of 23 January.
Similarly, UAB Pay is now available for digital gold investment at Shwebonethar gold shop, and gold can be also traded online using One Pay app.
Those who want to make digital gold investment through app can contact its headquarters, YGEA said.
