Myanmar navy delegation attends int’l maritime defence show in Russia

The delegation led by the Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, along with the delegations from 28 countries, attended the International Maritime Defence Show (IMDS-2021) held yesterday morning in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
The delegation accompanied the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, Chairman of the State Administration Council during the visit to the Russian Federation.
Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung met Admiral Nikolai Yevmenov of the Russian Federation and discussed the maritime cooperation between the two countries and training. They also exchanged views on maritime security and natural disaster prevention.
The Myanmar Navy delegation observed the defence equipment displayed in the JSC “Almaz-Antey” gallery. — MNA
