2024 Olympics: Myanmar athletes take part in two events

Myanmar athletes will compete in two types of sporting events, Badminton and Swimming, at the 2024 Paris Olympics in France.
Thet Htar Thuzar will represent Myanmar in the Badminton Championship, while Myanmar’s Bhone Pyae Han will take part in the men’s 100-metre swimming game.
Thet Htar Thuzar has qualified for the Paris Olympic Badminton Championship, placing in Group C with World Class Five Japanese player Yamaguchi and World Class 32 Canadian player Michelle Li.
The Myanmar Badminton star has also successfully competed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and is now eligible to compete in the Olympics twice in a row. The badminton and swimming competitions will start on 27 July. — Shine Htet Zaw/KZL
