Coord meeting on Myanmar-China bilateral cooperation held

The coordination meeting on Myanmar-China cooperation in progress yesterday, chaired by Union Minister U Than Swe.

A coordination meeting on the implementation of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the People’s Republic of China was held yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw.
The meeting was led by U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and attended by senior officials from respective ministries of Myanmar.
Matters discussed at the meeting were related to the acceleration of bilateral projects with the assistance of the Chinese government, the promotion of bilateral trade at the Myanmar-China border, trading smoothly at the cross-border posts, promotion of Yuan-Kyat direct payments in border trade, and increasing export of Myanmar’s agricultural produce to China.— MNA
