Ministry of Commerce supervises the import of essential medical supplies and anti-Covid devices as well as Covid-19 prevention, control and treatment activities through border trade posts, international airports and seaports.
A company imported 7.44 tonnes of disposable face masks by vehicle from the Chinshwehaw border trade camp.
Officials from relevant departments provided necessary facilities in order to beef up the standard operating procedures-SOP for the import process.
