Miss Grand Myanmar to compete in Miss Planet International

Su Myat Yee, 3rd runner-up in Miss Grand Myanmar, has announced her participation as the Myanmar representative in Cambodia’s upcoming Miss Planet International competition. The 4th edition of Miss Planet International 2024 is scheduled in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, featuring contestants from over 40 countries, including Myanmar.
Expressing her excitement, Su Myat Yee shared that she is familiar with Cambodia and has received tremendous support from Cambodian fans since participating in Miss Grand Myanmar. She acknowledged the encouragement from Myanmar and Cambodian fans, considering them her extended family. Although the exact dates and duration of the competition are yet to be confirmed, Su Myat Yee is actively preparing for the event. Additionally, it has been reported that another Myanmar contestant, Naw Say Eh Phaw, also participated in the previous edition of Miss Planet International in 2023, held in Cambodia. — ASH/ TRKM
