Myanmar national Futsal team plans to play international friendlies

The Myanmar national Futsal team is planning to play international friendly matches ahead of this year’s overseas tournaments in April and May. The Futsal Team will compete in the ASEAN Futsal Championship in April and the 31st SEA Games in May.
The Myanmar national Futsal team is made up of 22 preliminary players and is headed by Thai national Boonlert Charoenwong. The Myanmar Futsal team has been reorganized with most of the former squad players and some new players have been selected.
Goalkeeper Kyaw Htet Aung, Zwe Pyae Sone, Moe Min Aung, Khin Zaw Lin, Ye Min Khant, Naing Lin Tun, Hein Min Soe, Myo Myint Soe, Zaw Wunna, Ko Ko Lwin, Sai Pyone Aung, Wai Zin Oo, Htet Myat Tun, Htet Myat Naing, Myo Thet Aung, Nyein Min Soe, Htet Wai Tun, Chan Thar, Tun Aung Kyaw, Thaing Bwe Aung, Hlaing Min Tun and Aung Zin Oo have been selected for the lineup list of the national futsal team.
The ASEAN Futsal Championship will be held in conjunction with the 2022 Asian Cup Futsal Championship. The first, second and third-placed teams will win the tournament and advance to the 2022 AFC Futsal Championship. — Ko Nyi Lay/GNLM
