Myanmar, Russia discuss cooperation in agricultural production development

Myanmar-Russia agricultural production development cooperation meeting was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.
Union Minister U Tin Htut Oo of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Union Minister U Hla Moe of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development and Mr Alexander Sergeevich Shatirov, Director of Fund RC-Investments from the Russian Federation, attended the meeting.
They discussed the matters relating to the investment of Russian entrepreneurs in Myanmar’s agricultural production sector, trade opportunities between the two countries, agricultural input industries and manufacturing industries. – MNA
