Open tender call to repair roof slabs of Yangon Hluttaw building

An open tender has been invited from the private sector to repair the roof slabs of the Hluttaw building in Dagon Township, Yangon Region.
In the 2024-25 financial year, the Hluttaw and the Housing Buildings Conservation Body (Yangon), under the Department of Urban and Housing Development under the Ministry of Construction, have invited open tenders for those interested in repair works using Myanmar currency. A waterproofing membrane must be installed on the roof of the Hluttaw Building.
A tender application form is available for purchase at the rate of K36,000 at the Urban Division of the Hluttaw and the Housing Buildings Conservation Body (Yangon) in Yangon Region’s Hluttaw compound from 29 April to 13 May during office hours. Tenders must be submitted on 14 May.
Application forms submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, and the date for the tender scanning will be announced. — TWA/TKO
