MoHT Union Minister conducts field study on hotel development programmes in Nay Pyi Taw

Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism Dr Htay Aung met executive committee members of the Nay Pyi Taw Hoteliers Association, general managers and in charge personnel of hotels in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
During the meeting, the Union minister stressed the need to make preparations for providing safe tourism services for tourists as the international flights to Myanmar will be resumed starting 17 April keeping in line with the COVID-19 health rules, applying for National-HSP Certificates to ensure quality hotels for the local/foreign travellers to Nay Pyi Taw, a tourist attraction, and following the instructions regarding security and health issues while the ministry provides the needed assistance.
Then, the attendees coordinated the discussion and the Union minister inspected the processes of Nay Pyi Taw guesthouse and hotels. — MNA
