12 football clubs to compete in 2023 Myanmar National League

The 2023 Myanmar National League will be held from 21 February to 29 October 2023 with 12 contending football clubs, football authorities said.
The Myanmar Football Federation and the Myanmar National League Committee have confirmed the schedule for the 2023 Myanmar National League-1 football tournament, which will begin in the third week of February.
Shan United, Yangon United, Hanthawady United, Myawady FC, Ayeyawady United, Yadanabon FC, ISPE FC, Mahar United, GFA FC, Rakhine United, Dagon Star United, and Kachin United FC will participate in the tourney.
The tournament will take place at Youth Training Centre in Thuwanna and Yangon United’s Artificial Turf (YUSC) Stadium in Yangon.
The matches to be played at Thuwunna YTC will begin at 4 pm and matches to be played at the YUSC stadium will begin at 3:30 pm.
Efforts are being made to be able to broadcast the tourney live on television, and detailed information will continue to be released, officials said.—KZL
