MR introduces airbag coaches on 5-Up and 6-Down trains

Myanma Railways announced the commencement of services for the 5-Up and 6-Down trains, featuring airbag coaches, starting on 27 December.
Initially, on 26 December, both trains operated with ordinary AAR coaches, but they have since been replaced with airbag coaches for the convenience of passengers.
The 5-Up train, departing from Yangon at 5 am, is scheduled to arrive in Mandalay at around 10:30 pm. Similarly, the 6-Down train operates from Mandalay to Yangon with a similar schedule.
Both trains will make stops at Bago, Toungoo, Pyinmana, Nay Pyi Taw, and Thazi during their journey. — TWA/ TRKM
