The Week-13 match of the MFF Futsal League1 continued on 17 February at the MFF Futsal Gymnasium in Thuwunna Football Stadium, Yangon.
Defending champion VUC is leading the standing table with a 13-game winning streak. This week, the top-ranked VUC team and the second-placed MIU team met, and the VUC team won by 6:2. The MIU team lost both rounds to the VUC team this season, losing by a goal.
MIU team has been struggling to get a good result every time they meet the VUC team since many local players have been suspended. The VUC team continues to lead with a 13-game winning streak and is in an excellent position to take first place with five games remaining.
In the other matches, M2K beat Futsal Lover FC 3-2, Winner Soccer won over Futsal-19 3-1 while Generations FC smashed Lin Latt FC 5-3, and Dream Team trounced Letwe Thondra 9-2.
After the Week-13 matches, VUC garnered 39 points, leading the standing table, while MIU scored 28 points for second place. The Letwe Thondra team secured only seven points and sitting at the bottom position. — Ko Nyi Lay/KZL
