Coord meeting held with broadcasting partners of MRTV for film academy award ceremony

The Ministry of Information organized a coordination meeting with broadcasting partners of MRTV in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday to hold a film academy award ceremony.
It was attended by Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, Deputy Minister U Ye Tint, Permanent Secretary U Myo Myint Maung, the directors-general, responsible personnel from the Directorate of Public Relations and Psychological Warfare, Forever Group Co Ltd, Shwe Than Lwin Media Co Ltd, Family Entertainment (5 Plus), YTV, Channel K, Fortune TV, Nebula X Entertainment and invitees.
First, Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn talked about the arrangements to hold the film academy award ceremony at the national level in Nay Pyi Taw, the important role of the ceremony for the public and country and the cooperation work of broadcasters in live streaming processes.
Then, Deputy Minister U Ye Tint, the commandant of Myawaddy TV (Nay Pyi Taw), the directors-general of MRTV and IPRD discussed entertainment programmes of broadcasters of MRTV while holding the film academy award ceremony and other measures to hold the ceremony successfully.
Myanmar Motion Picture Organization Chairman U Kyi Soe Tun and officials of TV channels reported on preparations for live streaming and the Union minister concluded the meeting.
In the evening, Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn, Deputy Minister U Ye Tint, Deputy Mayor U Maung Maung, Permanent Secretary U Myo Myint Maung and departmental heads inspected the construction of Gate 2, the security counter, a foam party for youths and children in Youth Thingyan Zone, the place of the colourful party for youths, entertainment pavilion construction site for Nay Pyi Taw Walking Thingyan, preparations for government employees and families to play water happily and peacefully, pavilion of ethnic people, preparations of Ethnic Affairs Ministry, water spray walkways in the Thingyan Zone for Ethnic People, Thanaka Thingyan Zone and Gate 1.
Then, the Union minister and party also observed the academy stage construction, sound effect systems, lighting, seating plans, the red carpet and a 3D digital mapping system at the open-air theatre near the Nay Pyi Taw City Hall. — MNA/KTZH
