Department of Myanmar Examinations under the Ministry of Education announced the date of the 2023 matriculation examination yesterday.
The 2023 matriculation examination will be held from 8 to 18 March 2023.
Candidates will have to take Myanmar, English and Mathematics exams on 8, 9 and 10 March respectively. Then, they will sit for Chemistry and Physics on 13 and 14 March and Biology and Economics on 15 March. Geography, History and Optional Myanmar exams will be on 16, 17 and 18 March respectively.
A total of 132,077 out of 281,751 students passed the exam in 2022 matriculation examinations and the national pass rate was 46.88 per cent, according to the Ministry of Education. – TWA/MKKS
