2024 Sky Net Sepak Takraw Invitational Tourney to be held

The 2024 Sky Net Sepak Takraw Invitational Tournament will feature 16 teams. The competition, scheduled from 21 to 28 January, will be hosted by the Myanmar Sepak Takraw Federation and organized by SKYNET. It will be broadcast live on SKYNET Sports 4 and SKYNET Sports HD.
This marks the first-time hosting of the Sepak Takraw competition in Myanmar. It will include six teams for the men’s 4-person competition, six teams for the men’s regu competition, and four teams for the women’s regu competition, making a total of 16 participating teams.
The winners of the men’s 4-person competition will receive K3 million, with the first-runners up getting K2 million. Similarly, the winners of the men’s regu competition will earn K2.5 million, while the first-runners up will collect K1.5 million. The winners of the women’s regu competition will secure K1.2 million, and the first-runners up will receive K800,000 in cash awards. — TWA/KZL
