MoEA Union Minister gives COVID-19 instructions to staff officers of Union Minister Office, departments concerned

Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs U Saw Tun Aung Myint presided over a COVID-19-related meeting with staff officers of the Ministry of Union Minister Office and relevant departments on 2 July.
The Union Minister said the government employees should not travel except for on-duty trips. They should seek the permission of the officials concerned if they want to travel for their family issues. He then stressed the need to use an online platform for holding meetings, maintain 6 feet physical distancing without over 50 people at 36 square feet per person for emergency meetings, conduct regular disinfection practices, zig-zag seating on office buses including wearing masks and washing hands frequently.
He also highlighted the main duty of the ministry like national unity and prosperity of the country.
The Union Minister finally urged the attendees to cooperate for the development of the socio-economic status of the entire people.
Then, Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung instructed the staff to scan the QR-code of Version 3.0 of COVID-19 health guidelines launched by the Ministry of Health and Sports and take care of all necessary measures to prevent the infection.—MNA
