Deputy Information Minister meets staff at Monghsat, Tachilek IPRD offices

Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint visited District Information and Public Relations Department Office in Monghsat Township, Shan State on the morning of 25 December and met officials and staff from Mongton, Mongkhok, Punpakyem and Monehta.
In the afternoon, he inspected the retransmission station in Monghsat, and met with the staff.
On the morning of 26 December, the Deputy Minister met with the officials and staff from Mongphyat, Mongyawng, Mongyu and Kenglek townships at Tachilek District IPRD. He then inspected the retransmission station in Tachilek and met with the staff.
During the meeting with the staff, the Deputy Minister called on the staffs to work in ethnic areas, paying respect to local customs and cooperate with the people. To end the current unrests and bring peace and stability to the country, the staff need to mobilize all ethnic people for ensuring peace and stability and development of the State. He also stressed the need for maintain prevention and control of infection rate of the pandemic. Efforts must be made for nurture the youths to be qualified in skills and technologies.—MNA
