Tatmadaw Navy to attend Multilateral Naval Exercise (MILAN-2022) in India

A warship named Sinphyushin led by Commander Commodore Kyaw Kyaw Htoo from the Danyawady Naval Region Command Headquarters of the Tatmadaw (Navy) left for Visakhapatnam, India from No 3 Naval Jetty (Thilawa) yesterday evening to attend the Multilateral Naval Exercise (MILAN-2022).
The warship was seen off by Commander Rear-Admiral Htein Win from Central Naval Command Headquarters, and officers and other ranks from the Navy and their families.
The Multilateral Naval Exercise (MILAN-2022) will be held in Visakhapatnam, India from 25 February to 4 March.
A total of 24 warships from 16 countries, including India, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Viet Nam, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Australia, the United States, Britain, South Korea, Japan, France and Seychelles, will join the activity and seminar. —MNA
