Fourth day of 57th Myanma Gems Emporium continues

The fourth day of the 57th Myanma Gems Emporium continued yesterday at Mani Yadana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw.
The local and foreign gems merchants observed the displayed jade and jewel items in the hall and jade stone outside the hall.
After that, the officials opened the bidding for 120 gemstone lots from series 1 to 120 at 9 am and announced that 54 gemstone lots were sold out.
Moreover, 330 pearl lots from series 1 to 330 were on sale through an open tender on the third day, and 330 pearl lots were sold to local and foreign gem merchants.
The jade lots from series 1 to 700 will be sold on the fifth day of the event.
Gems and jade lots are priced in Euros, and foreign jewellers will make payments in US dollar and Yuan, while local jewellers will make payments in US dollar, Yuan and Kyat.
The 57th Myanma Gems Emporium is held at Mani Yadana Jade Hall from 22 to 28 April.
From 22 to 24 April, 330 pearl lots and 54 gem lots were sold through open bidding. A total of 700 jade lots will be sold through open tender on 26 April, and 2,000 lots of jade will be auctioned from 26 to 28 April. — MNA
