Appointment tokens for passport renewals, OWIC cards that expire in August to be withdrawn: ME

Myanmar nationals in Thailand are seen waiting at the Myanmar Embassy to get appointment tokens for OWIC cards.

Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand whose passports and OWIC cards will expire on 31 August can take out appointment tokens issued every Saturday at the Embassy, stated the Myanmar Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.
It is notified that those who have received a Myanmar Passport (PJ) in Bangkok before September 2021 can apply for an OWIC card at the branch office of TDCC (Mahachai) after filling out the prescribed form along with the work permit.
The embassy also informed that those who have applied for new passports at the Consulate-General in Chiang Mai can register for OWIC cards at the branch office of TDCC (Mahachai) along with the work permit and specified form. — TWA/CT
