Passport fees changed for Myanmar nationals in China

The Myanmar Embassy in Beijing announced that the costs of applying for ordinary passports for Myanmar nationals in China will be changed.
Starting from 1 March, the fee adjusted to 280 yuan for normal passport renewal. In addition, a Myanmar woman married to a Chinese citizen will have to pay 2,700 yuan plus 280 yuan to renew her passport for the first time. The deposit of 2,700 yuan as an advance payment for the flight ticket will be refunded after three years.
If the passport is damaged or lost, the fee will be changed to 600 yuan, and if the expiry date exceeds two years, the fee will be changed to 400 yuan. — TWA/CT
