Two trains collided near Puzundaung station and the railway overpass was broken, according to the Myanma Railways.
At about 4 am on 23 February, the Yangon-Mandalay express train, which was departing from Yangon Railway Station, hit a cargo train waiting for a red traffic light near Puzundaung Station in Puzundaung Township.
There were no injuries in the incident, the engines were slightly damaged, and a railway overpass that crossed the railway tracks between Yekyaw Wutkyaung Street and Bengalisu was broken.
Regarding to the incidents, the relevant officials are still investigating for detail. — TWA/TKO
