Author Shwe Olat donates books worth K9 mln to IPRD libraries

Author Shwe Olat donated books worth K9 million to the Department of Information and Public Relations.
A book donation event was held at the Production Branch (Yangon) under the Information and Public Relations Department in Yangon Region at 2 pm on 4 April 2024. At the ceremony, the donor U Ko Ko Lat (Shwe Olat) of K K Business Group explained the purpose of donating 600 copies of “The Unfalling Star of Heda Aliyat Azerbaijan,” he translated, to the libraries of the Department of Information and Public Relations.
After that, U Myint Swe, director of the Production Branch (Yangon) under the Department of Information and Public Relations, accepted the donated books before returning the certificate of honour to the donor. — TWA/TKO
