Above 18-year-old people receive COVID-19 vaccines in Myitkyina

Health workers have been vaccinating people over the age of 18 vaccinated at No. 9 Basic Education High School and IDP camps in Myitkyina, Kachin State since the morning of 16 September.
From 16 September to 5 October, a total of 38,274 people aged 18 and above who have not been vaccinated against the COVID-19 were inoculated.
The name of the COVID-19 vaccine is Sinopharm from the People’s Republic of China.
The second batch of the vaccine will be given starting from 14 October, officials said. —Myitkyina District IPRD/GNLM
