The anti-government rallies broke the law in some places of the country and also blocked the public roads with tires, concrete block, trees and made arson. They also attacked the security forces with elements like catapults and iron barbed wires, percussion lock firearm and air gun, and they arrested security forces and destroyed CCTVs and vehicles, according to the statement of the Myanmar Police Force.

According to the statement, the riots occurred in Sanchaung, Hlaing, Yan Kin, Tamway, Insein, Thakayta and Dagon Myothit (South) townships of Yangon Region, Chanayethazan, Pyigyidagun, Myingyan, Meiktila and PyinOoLwin of Mandalay Region, Sagaing, Shwebo and Monwya of Sagaing Region, Magway, Salin and Taungdwingyi of Magway Region, Pathein, Myanaung and Wakema of Ayeyawady Region, Myeik and Dawei of Taninthayi Region, Hpakant of Kachin State, Hpa-an of Kayin State, Haka of Chin State yesterday and the security forces dispersed the protest crowds.
