Ayeyawady United to play Thitsa Arman in Myanmar Women’s League 2024 opener

Ayeyawady United, a debut club of the women’s league, will take on Thitsa Arman FC in the opening match of the Myanmar Women’s League 2024 at Salin Stadium in Yangon at 3:30 pm on 7 May, as stated by the Myanmar National League Committee.
In turn, Thitsa Arman FC will also play against Yangon United on 14 May, Myawady FC on 19 May, ISPE FC on 24 May, YREO on 5 June and Shan United on 11 June.
The Myanmar Women’s League 2024 is organized by the Myanmar Football Federation and the Myanmar National League Committee and will be held for five months from 7 May to 8 November.
According to the fixture, matches of Myawady team versus Yangon United, Ayeyawady United versus Thitsa Arman and Shan United versus ISPE will be on the list of openers.
In the previous Myanmar Women’s League 2023 football season, Myawady Women’s Football Club secured the championship trophy, and this year’s competition, Shan United and Ayeyawady United will compete as newcomers. — TWA/KZL
