Till recent days, people across Myanmar were worried about the safety of their cash entrusted at various kinds of banks.
Everybody might worry about their property until they didn’t have any guarantees. They might tremble with the loss of their property. Even in thoughts, they might tremble with the loss. It is a universal truth. It is because they tried to secure such kinds of property by spending their long precious time, labour and mental and physical strengths.
Recently, the terrible rumour spread out elsewhere that the banking system would collapse soon. So, the people who opened the banking accounts to entrust their money faced depression for their property.
At the weekly press conference of the Information Team of the State Administration Council on a recent day, the deputy governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar firmly said that the CBM has no plan to dissolve any banks. It was good news for all. It was because no collapse of the banking system means the safety of money entrusted by the customers.
We all should call “well-done” for affirmation of the Central Bank of Myanmar. The deputy governor granted the banks their status as well as the safety of banking accounts.
In fact, people need to analyze all forms of information. Some rumours are based on true information but on fake news. Regarding the banking story, it is undeniable that not only the government but also the banking entrepreneurs shall strive for the endurance of such financial institutions to be able to secure the trust of the customers.

The press conference also conveyed the further good news to us that the Central Bank of Myanmar would ease the restrictions for the current system of taking out the entrusted money from the banks in the future. The eased restrictions of some banking systems can be transformed into delightedness for the customers.
Moreover, the deputy governor pledged that the money from the accounts of banks will never be lost for any reason. We all should express thanks to the CBM for its efforts.
Believe it or not! Now, nightmares of bank customers have gone with the wind.
