CHID bank offers qualified depositors long-term, low-interest mortgages for residential units until Dec

People who have saved the specified amount in housing savings accounts at the Construction, Housing & Infrastructure Development Bank (CHID) by 31 December 2023 will be eligible to buy 104 apartments in the Aung Myint Mo housing to be sold by the Department of Urban and Housing Development with a mortgage at a low-interest rate and for an extended period.
Those interested in buying housing units can register their names on the “DUHD Sale Housing” Facebook Page Messenger of the DUHD.
The seniority list of candidates who have saved the specified amount in CHID’s housing savings accounts by 31 December 2023 is described on that Facebook page. Following the registration, the DUHD will announce the list of the customers who will be allowed to buy the units in order of the seniority list.
