Coordination meeting for Diamond Jubilee Union Day celebration held

The Ministry of Information organized a coordination meeting regarding the successful celebration including the decorated vehicles and performance to mark Diamond Jubilee Union Day yesterday.
During the meeting, Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, in his capacity as Chairman of Diamond Jubilee Anniversary of Union Day Organizing Committee said the measures for the ceremony are in the good drive for all participation. The regions/states make preparations for the floats and it also makes efforts to be completed soon.
He then highlighted Booster vaccination processes for those who will participate in the ceremony including the practice sessions, health and security affairs.
Afterwards, the secretary of the committee and other relevant officials discussed locations for the vehicles, marching and parking, traditional dances of ethnic people, rehearsal and dinner party.
Finally, the committee chairman stressed necessary things and concluded the meeting. — MNA
