Since its emergence, electricity has been modernizing the advancement of the political, social and economic arenas in the society as well as raising the daily lifestyle of the people.
In fact, generating electricity is very expensive. More than that, the process of electrification such as the installation of power cables and construction of power stations for the people can spend a large number of funds. But, the governments in successive eras tried hard to meet the demand of the people as much as they can.
Nowadays, electrification is a bridge between the urban and rural areas as part of narrowing the development gap between them. It can be seen that electricity is a key player in developing the areas of the nation and helping the industries improve their levels and increase production. That is why electricity is a key to lock off the way to build the industrialized nation.

Hence, systematic consumption of electricity will directly reflect the development of the country and the reduction of extra expenditure of users. That is why both producers and users need to seek the best way of electrification for the society of Myanmar.

At present, both the government and the people are facing challenges and difficulties for the consumption of electricity as well as payment of electric meter bills. The government is striving for generating electricity in various ways and methods while the people should seek the best way to pay electric meter bills they themselves consumed. In the universe, everybody needs to accept the concept of a give and take policy.
Moreover, people need to cut consumption of electricity if not necessary. If all the people can cut their electricity consumption, the government can reduce the spending of its fund on generating the electricity. Hence, the surplus fund can be allotted for other sectors. So also, user people can cut their finance from payments for the bills.
If each household consumes about 100-meter units per month, they need to pay about K6,000 per month. If their consumption exceeds more than 100 units, the bill will charge more than K6,000. So, the government needs to spend more funds on electrification unavoidably if the electricity consumption of people is larger. Moreover, officials need to prevent the loss of electricity in various ways.
Hence, systematic consumption of electricity will directly reflect the development of the country and the reduction of extra expenditure of users. That is why both producers and users need to seek the best way of electrification for the society of Myanmar.
