Deputy Minister for Information inspects offices, relay stations in Magway

Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint inspected the Department of Information and Public Relations in Myothit Township, Magway Region, and talked with the staff on 17 November, reports said.
The deputy minister then met staff members of the Natmauk and Taungdwingyi offices. He also checked the TV relay stations in Taungdwingyi Township. His morning inspection extended to the Minhla Township office in Thayet District and library works at the Minbu district office.
He continued to meet the regional department head, district head and staff members from Ngaphe and Sedoktara township offices, and the Myanma Radio and Television relay station in Minbu.
On the morning of 18 November, the deputy minister arrived at the Department of Information and Public Relations in Magway District and inspected the office works. He then met the regional department head, district head and staff members from the Yenangyoung office, and the news sector and sub-printing house in Magway and gave instructions.
In the afternoon, he visited offices in Pwintbyu, Salin and Seikphyu townships to inspect and give guidelines. He spent his evening meeting with employees at the Chauk Township office.
U Ye Tint instructed the staff members to work on the department’s mission of informing and educating the public efficiently, encouraging frequent library use, nurturing youth through knowledge dissemination, cooperating with other departments on state-level ceremonies, competitions, lectures, and talks, supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), organizing summer classes for youth development in collaboration with relevant departments, reporting on local manufacturing businesses, adhering to civil servants’ duties, ethics, and laws, updating the public on the state’s missions and objectives, and contributing to regional development through partnerships with respective departments. He then listened to the employees’ reports and resolved issues. — Region IPRD/NT
