Deputy Prime Minister Admiral Tin Aung San, Union Ministers and officials view the peaceful learning of students at BEHS 4 Sittway yesterday.

SAC Member Deputy Prime Minister Union MoTC Minister Admiral Tin Aung San, accompanied by Union ministers Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung, U Myo Thant and Dr Thet Thet Khine, deputy ministers and officials, oversaw the peaceful learning of students at the basic education schools in Sittway and warmly greeted them yesterday.
Admiral Tin Aung San and party inspected the reconstruction of the damaged classrooms, the teaching aids, the balance of teacher and student ratio, and the cleanliness status of the schools and environments, and fulfilled the necessary requirements.
Admiral Tin Aung San and party proceeded to Sittway Multipurpose Port and inspected the unloading of relief and rehabilitation materials, distribution of them to affected areas, and gave necessary instructions to officials.
In carrying out relief and rehabilitation activities in Rakhine State, telecommunication operators provide services of unlimited calls between their mobile phones from 15 to 30 June, free SMS, and 5GB data. Operators have planned to provide the Internet service free for three years in the education, health and social sectors — MPT at the Sittway General Hospital and University for Computer Studies; Mytel at the Sittway University, Sittway General Hospital, Buddhist University and MraukU Dhamma Centre; ATOM at the Nursing Training School and the Government Technical High School; Ooredoo at the Sittway Technological University and Traditional Medicine Hospital. — MNA/TS
