EJU applications to be accepted from February

The Examination Committee of the Myanmar Association of Japan Alumni has announced that it will accept applications for the EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students) to be held in June 2024 from 13 February.

The exam will be held at exam venue in Yangon on 16 June and the subjects are Japanese as a Foreign Language, Science (or) Japan and the world and Mathematics.

The examination fee for all subjects in the science combination (Japanese as a Foreign Language, Science, Mathematics) and the arts combination (Japanese as a Foreign Language, Japan and the World, Mathematics) is K 60,000.

Candidates can apply on weekdays from 13 February to 8 March from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

The application centres are MAJA Head Office (Yangon) at No. 2B (4), Snow Garden housing, Thu Mingalar street, Thingangyun township, Yangon Region, phone number 09 262602121, 09-428612150, and MAJA Office (Mandalay Branch) at the first floor, building (1), room (6), Mingalar Mandalay, Chanmyathazi township, Mandalay Region, phone number 255162533.

The requirements, to be submitted in person or by a representative, are three 3 x 4 cm clear licence photos with a white or blue background taken within the last three months and a copy of national scrutiny card.

Forms must be completed accurately as no revision will be permitted while candidates will only be allowed to sit for the subjects they have applied for, the alumni said.
