Employment agencies required to submit OWIC applications with attached Excel file

Overseas employment agencies applying for the Overseas Worker Identification Card (OWIC) to dispatch workers to Malaysia must include the specified Excel file with their application. Applications without the Excel file will not be accepted, as per Safe Migration guidelines.
It is emphasized that the worker’s name and passport number must match, and the job type should align with the recommendation of the diplomatic officer.
In cases where the email file size is substantial due to many employees in the one-stop service, separated PDF files for passports and contracts are acceptable.
Furthermore, the overseas employment sending process submission requires PDF files of the cover letter, diplomatic officer’s letter, demand letter, KTN, KSN, AC, calling visa, and a copy of the licence. — TWA/MKKS
