Judgements passed on 2 special criminal appeal cases; 5 special civil appeal cases heard

A special appeal tribunal consisting of Union Chief Justice U Htun Htun Oo and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Myo Tint, U Khin Maung Gyi, U Tin Hun and Daw Khin May Yi that convened yesterday morning at the room No 1 of the Supreme Court of the Union passed the judgements on a total of two special criminal appeal cases, special criminal appeal case No 8/ 2021 (Bago) and 9/2021 (Mandalay).
In addition, a total of five special civil appeal cases, special appeal case No 17/2020 (Yangon), 18/2020 (Yangon), 15/2020 (Mandalay), 4/2021 (Ayeyawady) and 5/2021 (Ayeyawady) were heard keeping in line with the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines. — MNA
